We can all reduce our risk of heart disease by making healthy lifestyle choices, including quitting smoking, eating a healthy and balanced diet, getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and monitoring blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Let's start this month off with overnight oats!
❤️ They contain more protein than most grains (5g per serving).
❤️ They’re a rich source of fibre, which helps you feel fuller longer (4g per serving).
❤️ They’re high in antioxidants which may help lower blood pressure levels.
❤️ They can help you lose weight by making you feel more full and slowing down the emptying of your stomach.
Ingredients:
🌱 Everland Oats
🍶 Milk of your choice
🥠 Everland Chia Seeds (Optional)
🥛Yogurt of your choice
🍊 Fresh fruit of your choice
Instructions:
Combine 1 half a cup of oats and 1 half a cup of milk of your choice to a jar, mix together and put it in your fridge overnight.
Top with a yogurt of your choice
Add your favourite fresh fruit on top.
Sprinkle some chia seeds on top.
Feel energised and fulfilled for the day to come! ❤️
