Simple Tasty Turmeric Latte
Trying to reduce your coffee intake? ☕ We like to swap out with a spiced turmeric latte every now and then for something a little different! 💛We love turmeric as many high-quality studies show that it has major benefits for your body and brain.
Turmeric is a spice that comes from the turmeric plant. It is commonly used in Asian food. You probably know turmeric as the main spice in curry. It has a warm, bitter taste and is frequently used to flavour or colour curry powders, mustards, butters, and cheeses. But the root of turmeric is also used widely to make medicine. It contains a yellow-colored chemical called curcumin, which is often used to colour foods and cosmetics.

Ingredients:
1.5 cups plant-based milk
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp ginger powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp Everland vanilla extract
1 tsp Everland honey with turmeric
Pinch black pepper
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat up.
2. Taste test!
3. Add more cinnamon/honey depending on your personal taste. 😋
